Excellent, well-defined Baveno-Manebach twins of Orthoclase (v. Adularia) to 28 mm across, partially covered with Chlorite, are nestled amongst numerous glassy, slightly smoky Quartz points, measuring up to 48 x 22 mm in size. Formerly in the Anton Berger (Mödling, Austria; 1870-1956) private collection. This is a fine old Swiss specimen from the Earl Calvert collection. (Author: GneissWare)
