Fluorite with Quartz
Huanggangliang Iron Mine, Kèshíkèténg Qí, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia A.R., China

A large, lustrous, clear Fluorite, measuring 39 x 29 x 29 mm, is perched on a nest of lustrous, pale greenish, sceptered Quartz crystals to 19 mm long, all on a matrix of lustrous black, blocky crystals of Magnetite(?). The reverse side has negative faces from now missing Fluorites. No damage. (Author: GneissWare)
