Photo 2. Fault of the Month. Continuing on from Photo 1, there are fine black pen dots that define the basal plane of the main mine thrust fault. Note the thrust fault plane has been dislocated downward corresponding with a sympathetic dislocation below of the sandstone lens. The L2 azurite layer is also deformed. (Author: crocoite)
